Terms of use
These terms apply whenever you use the AutoAid app or website.
Last updated: August 2026
Using AutoAid
AutoAid helps you keep track of what your vehicle needs and helps you get to the right support when something goes wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you add, including dates, documents and vehicle details.
Reminders
Reminders are a helpful prompt, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations as a vehicle keeper, including MOT, vehicle tax and insurance.
Guidance from Ada
Ada provides general guidance to help you understand what may need to happen next. It is not a substitute for professional inspection, diagnosis or advice from a qualified technician or your insurer.
Warranty claims
AutoAid does not decide whether a claim is covered. Diagnosis will normally be required first, and your warranty provider remains responsible for claim decisions and authorisation.
Third party services
Some services and partner offerings are provided by third parties and are subject to their terms and availability. Payment Assist, complimentary GAP insurance and other benefits are available only where applicable.
Emergencies
AutoAid is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, contact the emergency services first.
Changes
We may update these terms or the features available in AutoAid from time to time. We'll publish the current version here.
