Questions, answered.

A few of the things people most often ask about AutoAid and Ada.

What is AutoAid?+

AutoAid is a single place to manage the everyday responsibilities of owning a car and to get support when something goes wrong. It's provided in partnership with supplying dealers as part of your ownership journey.

Who is Ada?+

Ada is your assistant inside AutoAid. Tell Ada what you need and she'll help you understand what needs to happen next, then guide you towards the right support.

Do I need to download an app from the app store?+

No. AutoAid opens in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen in a few taps so it behaves like any other app.

What can AutoAid remind me about?+

MOT, servicing, road fund licence (vehicle tax) and insurance renewal, based on the details you add. You can also keep warranty information, documents and your finance agreement in one place.

Can AutoAid approve a warranty claim?+

No. AutoAid can help you understand the process, identify the information you may need, explain next steps and help arrange diagnosis where appropriate. Your warranty provider remains responsible for claim decisions and authorisation.

What should I do if I've broken down or had an accident?+

If anyone is in danger, contact the emergency services first. Otherwise, start with Ada in AutoAid and she'll guide you through what to do next.

Are all services available to everyone?+

Availability of individual services and partner offerings can vary. Where a service is provided by a third party, that provider's terms apply.

How is my information used?+

Only to provide the AutoAid service to you and to help arrange the support you ask for. See our privacy policy for more detail.
